Ingredients:

  • The shell of a pineapple
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

Remove the peel and wash it well. It is important that it comes out as clean as possible, so that you can take advantage of the “meat” of the raw pineapple so that our recipe comes out perfect. Boil a liter of water in a saucepan and add the rind of the washed fruit and cinnamon. Keep the fire in a boil for 30 minutes, over medium heat and, when it breaks to boil, cover the saucepan and leave it the half hour of rigor. Then, remove it from the fire and let it cool. With the help of a strainer, strain the drink well to eliminate the pineapple peel (it does not consume you as such!) And let it cool in the fridge. And ready! You will have your pineapple water recipe ready, so healthy, natural and delicious that it will become your new favorite drink. The best time of day to take it is on an empty stomach, but since it is recommended to take between 2 and 3 glasses, we recommend one in fasting, another just before lunch and another in the afternoon snack.
